Founder

Our founder believes that sales are the lifeblood of any organisation and our Consultants are expert in the field of sales leadership, sales strategy, business development, sales performance, sales growth and sales analytics.   Our founder is a highly accomplished Sales Leader, winning numerous Top Sales Awards for selling sales offerings that include capital equipment, software solutions, maintenance services, professional services and recruitment solutions. Additionally she has successfully managed and motivated a UK wide sales force and has sold into a mix of SME, Corporate and Public Sector organisations.  She brings over 25 years of very successful high level sales experience to the business and this includes skills gained while working for organisations as diverse as GKN, P&O, Siemens, Microgen and IBM, in fact during her time at IBM she grew sales on her UK territory from $750,000 to over $5 million in just two years!
